Badge Classification Blue: Delegate Certificate of attendance A Certificate of Attendance for the 18th European Multidisciplinary Congress on Urological Cancers will be available at www.emuc.org as of Tuesday, 10 November. To obtain your certificate, please go to this website, log-in with your credentials, and fill out the questionnaire. Cloakroom/Luggage A cloakroom is available for participants during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day. CME accreditation EMUC25 is accredited with 23 points, more information can be found here. Congress bag Each delegate can collect a congress bag at the registration area. Currency The official currency is the Euro (€). Disclosure Request At the beginning of their presentation(s), faculty are requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. Such links may include, for example, membership on an advisory board or a consulting agreement with a specific company. Electricity Electricity supply is 220 Volts, with connections using a two-pin plug. Please note that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter, and delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter. Emergency Telephone Number In case of emergency call the nationwide emergency number 112. Exhibition A technical exhibition will be organised jointly with the congress. Guests & children In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children). Therefore, they cannot attend this event. Unfortunately, the EMUC office cannot offer any children’s day care facilities. Parents who leave their children in a part of the venue accessible without a badge do so at their own risk; the EMUC office will bear no responsibility in case of incidents. Insurance The organisers are not responsible for any personal damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance. Language The congress will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided. Lost and Found Found items should be returned to the registration desk. Lost items can be reported there for assistance. Mobile Phones During all sessions, please switch your phone to silent and turn off the flash when taking pictures. Networking You are welcome to join the “EMUC26 Networking and Abstract Discussion Session” on Saturday, 7 November at the poster area at 17:30. Network with fellow colleagues, discuss posters and enjoy a drink. Furthermore, you can use the EMUC26 app to get in touch with other delegates. This feature is off by default. You can turn it on by logging in to the app with your credentials under ‘My Profile’ menu in the top right corner. For more information on the networking opportunities go to ‘Networking’ under ‘App Help’, which you will find under ‘information’ in the app menu. Delegates can also get in touch with the EMUC26 faculty and speakers in the app. In the Programme tab you will find “Speakers”, where you will see a speaker overview. Click on “Conversation” to leave them a message. No-smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration, and catering areas. All participants are kindly asked to respect the no-smoking policy, which also applies to e-cigarettes. Opening hours The opening hours of the congress will follow soon. Photography & Filming EMUC will be taking photos and filming during and between sessions. By attending and participating in the congress, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or filmed and that such material may be used in official EMUC communications and publications. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know by sending an email to: press@uroweb.org. Press Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system, more information can be found here. Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack, to be picked up in the press centre. Resource Centre & Webcasting of presentations The EMUC26 Resource Centre provides access to all scientific content related to the congress. Delegate can explore webcasts and full-text abstracts are easily through the advanced search tool. Security and Safety The safety of all congress attendees is of the utmost importance. The venue and EMUC have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the session room. Social Media We use social media to encourage an open discussion on onco-urology science and experiences from the congress. Faculty, opinion leaders, delegates and media share their ideas, commentary and photos on Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn. We invite you to use the following hashtag #EMUC26 and tag @uroweb, @ESTRO_RT, @eanm_nucmed and @myesr on social media channels to discuss the congress and join the conversation! Speaker Service Centre (SSC) All presentations should be handed in at the Speaker Service Centre at least three hours prior to the start of the session. Webcasts Various sessions will be webcasted via www.emuc.org under the condition that the speaker agreed to that. These are recordings of individual lectures. Webcasts will be accessible as soon as they become available during or immediately after the congress. Content in the Resource Centre will remain available up to three years after the congress.
