Certificate of attendance A Certificate of Attendance for the 16th European Multidisciplinary Congress on Urological Cancers will be available at www.emuc.org as of Tuesday, 12 November. To obtain your certificate, please go to this website, log-in with your credentials, and fill out the questionnaire first. Cloakroom/Luggage A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day. CME accreditation The ‘European Multidisciplinary Congress on Urological Cancers (EMUC24)’ is designated for a maximum (or ‘for up to’) 22.5 of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Webcasts are accredited up to 24 hours after the last session, so until Monday 11 November 2024, 13:00 hrs CET. Currency The official currency is the Euro (€). Disclosure Request At the beginning of their presentation(s) faculty is requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. A link can be: being a member of the advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a specific company. Electricity Electricity supply is 220 Volts and the connection is made by a two-pin plug. Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter. Exhibition opening hours: Guests & children In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children) and they can therefore not attend this event. Unfortunately, the EMUC office cannot offer any children’s day care facilities. If parents decide to leave their children in a part of the venue that is accessible without a badge, the EMUC office will bear no responsibility in case of incidents. No-smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed throughout the entire venue, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration and catering areas.
