General Information


During the 13th European Multidisciplinary Congress on Urological Cancers (EMUC21), the “Exhibition booths relating to prescription-only medicines” are only accessible to certified healthcare professionals, qualified to prescribe medicines, and pharmacists. Based on information provided by the registering party, a “P” will be printed on the congress badges when the bearer has accreditation to access the “Exhibition Booths related to prescription-only medicines.” It is the responsibility of the registering party to provide correct information and the EMUC holds no responsibility with regards to the information provided. This measure is in accordance with the national and international pharmaceutical guidelines.


Abstract submission is closed.
The abstract submission outcome will be communicated in early October to all abstract presenters.

Access to the Session Rooms

Only congress delegates, with a valid badge, have access to session rooms. Seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend delegates to go to the session rooms well in advance. Due to safety regulations, the organisers will close the session room when all seats are taken. It is not allowed to stand in the aisles of the rooms. The local Covid-19 measures have been taken into account when setting up the session rooms.

Certificate of attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be available on this website as of Wednesday, 01 December. To obtain your certificate, you need to login with the number under the barcode on your badge (type number without the asterisk *), and complete the evaluation questionnaire.


A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

Congress bag

Each delegate can collect a congress bag in the registration area.

Covid-19 regulations

At the moment, COVID-19 regulations in Greece mandate to allow only fully vaccinated visitors in the venue. Upon entering the congress building, you will be requested to show a proof of vaccination such as the EU-wide Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) via a QR code or a vaccination certificate.

Please note that inside the venue, further limitations apply for seating. In addition, it is mandatory to wear a face mask, except while eating. You are requested to eat while seated at the Exhibition Area, which is the designated area.

Disclosure Request

At the beginning of their presentation(s) faculty is requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. A link can be: being a member of the advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a specific company.


Electricity supply in Greece is 220 Volts and the connection is made by a two-pin plug.

Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter.

Guests & children

In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children) and they can therefore not attend this event. Unfortunately, the EMUC office cannot offer any children’s day care facilities. If parents decide to leave their children in a part of the venue that is accessible without a badge, the EMUC office will bear no responsibility in case of incidents.


The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.


The congress will be conducted in English. Noo translation will be provided.

Lost and Found

Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.

Mobile Phones

During all sessions, please switch your phone to silent and turn off your flash when taking pictures.

No-smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed throughout the entire venue, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration and catering areas. All participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy, which also applies to e-cigarettes.

Press Centre

Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system, more information can be found here. Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up in the press centre.

Resource Centre & Webcasting of presentations

The EMUC21 Resource Centre provides access to all scientific content related to the congress.

As delegate you can access all scientific content of EMUC21. All webcasts, full-text abstracts and (e-)posters are easily accessible through the advanced search tool

Security and Safety

The safety of all congress attendees is of the utmost importance. The venue and EMUC have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the session room. This congress is organised in accordance with the Covid-19 measures applicable for Greece, Athens.
