Abstracts The abstracts submission is closed. For more information, please click here. Access to the Session Rooms Only congress delegates, with a valid badge, have access to session rooms. Seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend delegates to go to the session rooms well in advance. Address and accessibility congress venue EMUC22 will take place at: Budapest Congress Center Főtaxi, the taxi company with the longest traditions in Hungary will transport passengers between the terminals and Budapest. Főtaxi’s several hundred cars, trained and experienced colleagues ensure a safe basis to satisfy passengers’ needs at a high standard. Taxi drivers speak at least one foreign language. All cars are equipped with a POS terminal, therefore credit cards are also accepted. Reservations can be made in person at the Főtaxi booths located at the exits at Terminals 2A and 2B. At the taxi rank in front of the stands, taxis are parking continuously waiting for passengers. Badge Classification Blue : Delegate Catering Coffee breaks and lunch will take place in the exhibition area located in the Aula. Certificate of attendance The Certificate of Attendance will be available as of Tuesday, 15 November 2022 via your personal account. Cloakroom / Luggage A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day. Currency Hungary ’s official currency is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). ATM is located at Novotel hotel service desk. Disclosure Request At the beginning of their presentation(s) faculty is requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. A link can be: being a member of the advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a specific company. Electricity Electricity supply in Hungary is 220 Volts and the connection is made by a two-pin plug. Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter. Emergency Telephone Number In case of emergency call the nationwide emergency number 112. Exhibition A technical exhibition will be organised jointly with the congress. For more information please contact the sales department via sales@congressconsultants.com Guests & children In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children) and they can therefore not attend this event. Unfortunately, the EMUC office cannot offer any children’s day care facilities. If parents decide to leave their children in a part of the venue that is accessible without a badge, the EMUC office will bear no responsibility in case of incidents. Insurance The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance. Language The congress will be conducted in English. No translation will be provided. Lost and Found Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance. Mobile Phones During all sessions, please switch your phone to silent and turn off your flash when taking pictures. No-smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed throughout the entire venue, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration and catering areas. All participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy, which also applies to e-cigarettes. Photography & Filming There will be photos and some filming during and between sessions. If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know by sending an e-mail to: press@uroweb.org Press Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the congress. As delegate you can access all scientific content of EMUC22 as it becomes available. All webcasts and full-text abstracts are easily accessible through the advanced search tool. Viewing EMUC22 webcasts will also earn you CME accreditation. Webcasts are accredited up to 24 hours after the last session, so until Monday 14 November 12:15. Security and Safety The safety of all congress attendees is of the utmost importance. The venue and EMUC have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the session room. This congress is organised in accordance with the Covid-19 measures applicable for Budapest, Hungary.
